Sometimes Things Go Wrong And You Need Some Help…

We get it, and it has happened to all of us at one point or another as well. For us, it is always at the worst possible time like setting up a demo with a new client or presenting to investors (yeah, that is probably the worst….). Point is, what you are experiencing is probably something that was overlooked and is an easy fix. Let’s run through some of the things that we have found so you can rule that out.

You cant set up a project and receive an error message.

This is a known issue that has to do with your browser cache (usually). We fixed this in the application but there is a possibility it may still pop up. The first thing to try is to make sure you log out then log back in. This will take care of it most of the time but if not, try emptying your browsers cache. Finally, as a last resort, try logging in with a new browser. In any event, please shoot us a message letting us know about what happened so we can look into it.
